Description:
Gas Fired Hot Air Furnace Equipment is gas fed into gas burner, then burning in chamber. It is divided into directly and in-directly heating.
Working principle: 

The gas is burnt at firebox and the high temperature is produced. The quantity of heat will conduct to air to be heated through heat exchange device. Through heat exchange, the temperature of air is dropped to less than 250℃ and the air will be discharged. The air to be heated is sent to hot air furnace through distribution blow fan. After absorbed heat to the rated value, the air will be sent from the vent of hot air . When the temperature of hot air reaches the rated upper limit, the burner can stop or turn to small are automatically . When the temperature of hot air drops to the rated low limit, the burner can burn or turn to big are automatically .
Features:
The furnace uses the high temperature resistant method so that its life is much longer than the life of the pipe arrangement hot air furnace. The furnace uses the smoke and air longitudinal splashing heat radiation sheets and the negative pressure smoke elimination mode. There is no dust collected on the heat exchange position. There is no need to carry out the cleaning. The heat feature is stable. Various coal and wood can be used as the fuel. The furnace is equipped with the air leading device and the combustion is complete. All the technical and economic indexes of the furnace have reached the advanced level at home.
